Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-13
Territory Tactics is a tactical territory conquest game. This policy describes the current MVP app behavior prepared for App Store submission.
Data Collection
The current app does not create user accounts, collect contact information, collect precise location, collect advertising identifiers, collect diagnostics for a third-party analytics service, or upload gameplay progress to a first-party backend.
Gameplay progress, wallet balances, unlock state, entitlement-related local state, daily challenge state, event state, and cosmetic ownership are stored on the device. The app uses encrypted local storage and a Keychain-backed key when available.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process purchase and payment information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The current app reads verified StoreKit entitlement state to unlock optional non-pay-to-win benefits inside the game.
Tracking
The current app does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The current app does not include a third-party advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK.
Network Services
The current MVP is local-first. Backend boundary types exist in the codebase for future account sync, referral validation, signed remote config, event schedules, leaderboards, and server-verified rewards, but they are not enabled as live network services in the current app.
If online account or backend features are added later, this policy must be updated before release.
Children
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes personal information has been provided through a future service, they should contact support so it can be reviewed and removed where applicable.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app adds backend services, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account features, leaderboards, cloud sync, or other data-processing features. The published version should reflect the actual live app behavior.
